Thank you for your review. We are working through better defining our roles and creating clear career pathing. I encourage you to talk with your manager and/or our HR team to let them know what type of training you are interested in, both external to VC3 and specific to your role. Our turnover is below average for our industry, but we do follow this trend closely and conduct exit interviews to gain insight in to how we can approve. We also realize that some teams experience higher turnover due to being promoted to other teams, like the Service Desk Team.

AWFUL place to work at

Pros

Job lets you work full remote

Cons

They treat great employees terribly. Money is always the subject of discussion regardless of your level. They don’t care to resolve any issues an employee has with the org. Plenty of hoops to jump through to have the possibility of promotion.

Disorganized

Business Outlook

Pros

Access to various technologies and the ability to get involved in various projects. On day one you will be able to explore various customer environments and be exposed to multiple technologies. This is an ok place for entry level IT people however, would not recommend for long term professionals.

Cons

-Not very organized -Large customer base and no clear documentation on what specific services applies to customers. -Lack of job responsibilities. -Difficult to properly hand off urgent issues to tier 2 engineers -High staff turnover. -Salaries not competitive with market.

Thank you for your feedback, we are always trying to improve! We strive to provide our team members with opportunities to learn new technologies and work in different technical environments to advance their career paths. We are sorry that you did not find your experience at VC3 enjoyable and understand that we are not the right fit for everyone. Our desire is to hire people that share in our core values which guide our work and company vision. We have been one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for 11 consecutive years and continually seek to improve our team members’ work experience and VC3’s culture. VC3’s turnover is in line with national, technology industry and other MSP averages. If you worked with our help desk/first call resolution team, this team has frequent promotions to other areas within VC3, which allows us to hire new team members on a regular basis. Due to your short tenure with VC3 you may not have been able to experience all of the opportunities that are available. It is hard to address some of the other comments without specific information. We use industry specific software systems that track every client ticket, environment and service level; and each of our positions have responsibilities and key performance indicators listed on our interactive organizational chart. Hopefully you were able to provide some of the below feedback in more detail during your exit interview. If not, or if you would like to have a further discussion, please feel free to reach out to me. - Jill Menhart, CAO
