Pros

Good clients, good pay, I like the hours, I like their scribe program, great benefits

Cons

I hate woofware, but the scribe helps with that (however sometimes it does take a while) Bad rep, anyone’s hears VCA and knows it’s a large corporation, and the prices reflect it Upper management try’s to be involved, but they’re really just number pushers who don’t care about the team and don’t really know vet med.
