Pros

Good discount (75% off and some things are free).

Cons

Overworked, corporate/HR is typical stereotype that doesn’t care about your wellbeing. Comparing other clinic compensation, VCA has great pay but others pay even better.

Thank you for sharing your experience! As the first hello and last goodbye in our hospitals, CSRs play an important role in our hospitals. The job is very fast-paced and requires strong customer service skills.
