Pros

-Doctors were the best and really cared about the patients. -You learn a lot with the doctors and most techs who are very willing to teach.

Cons

-Management was the worst. Didn’t care about its employees unless you were a favorite. -HR seems to be close with management so don’t even bother trying to explain any issues with them. They won’t even give a time of day to listen to you since they already speak with management and don’t care to get your side of the story with any issues. -Toxic environment at times -No room for advancement unless you’re the practice manager’s favorite. -Pay/raises with corporate is not great

We are continuing to invest in leadership development to ensure these behaviors are not tolerated. Thank you for sharing your response and we're happy to hear you were supported and mentored by doctors and techs. We have flagged this for further review.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re proud to offer one of the most robust education programs in the industry, and we’re working to ensure all Associates — including CSRs — feel empowered to grow. Leadership training, including communication and support-focused development, is a key part of that effort. We know there’s more to do and appreciate your insights as we continue improving.
