Pros

Good benefits. That is the only good thing about working here

Cons

Toxic management. Managers love drama and favoritism is rampant. Employees are just commodities unless the manager likes you based on asthetics and not your actual work ethic. Bad employees are rewarded with promotions and advanced training while dedicated employees who happen to be the wrong demographic are left to do janitorial duties and never get advanced training. Definitely do not work here if you are autistic. Managers will look for a reason to fire you and lie about your job performance in order to avoid being sued for discrimination. I still have PTSD from the harassment and passive aggressive bullying I endured. Better off working at a sweatshop. You'll be way more appreciated at a sweatshop where you'll be way more appreciated.

Pros

Pet discount is great. Coworkers are helpful and very hardworking.

Cons

Understaffed. High turnover. Pay is pathetic considering the high stress busy environment. Could earn more in retail. Workplace is gross and barely functional.

Pros

I love our hospital because we can treat a lot of different issues. We are a general practice, so we focus on wellness, but we are equipped to treat emergencies while we are open. We do orthopedic and complex surgeries that would otherwise be done at a referral practice. In this sense, it is never boring.

Cons

I know I am underpaid compared to techs at other clinics and the management here needs work. I am on-call almost the entire weekend that I work, even though we are not open, and I get no incentive or additional pay for my time spent at work on my days off. I feel burnt out after only being a tech for less than a year.
