Obviously getting to be around animals is a huge perk of the job

You get reprimanded for discussing wages, they pay very little and expect a lot

Toxic, Bad Management, Low Pay

Set schedule, easy to pick up overtime.

Cons

Extremely toxic medical and front desk staff, the management has no idea what they’re doing. They drive out employees that are good at their jobs so they don’t have to pay more than $18 an hour. The clients are allowed to abuse the front desk staff without management batting an eye. They allow employees to use hateful speech about queer team members.

absolutely none. The dogs are cute obviously but doesn’t make up for the abuse you have to go through.

Cons

The management for VCA Wellington FPR is trash. Straight up trash. Abusive. Dismissive. Immature. Petty. The list goes on.
