Pros

Shared trauma will bond a team like nothing else!

Cons

In general, management decisions are not made based on medical concerns, and input from non-medical staff is highly prioritized.

Pros

The managers are toxic, abusive, and on power trips, including the so called hospital manager. They will send out super long emails nitpicking every little thing, then demand the impossible. They also believe gossip and feed into that type of environment for their own entertainment. Want to get yelled at for outright rumors and personal things? Work here! The doctors are great, but many of them are conceited. The customers are awful, entitled Karens, and management will not support you in any way against them. All they care about is money. Stay away!!! They have a high turnover rate for a reason. Their initial training also sucks and does nothing to prepare you for the job.

Pros

Offers normal employee benefits, but have had better health insurance in the past. Easy to get replacement equipment when breaks.

Cons

Lack of standard of living raises (that were promised) for current employees. Lack of adequate staffing for emergency shifts, resulting in employee burnout and many seeking other employment elsewhere. As a result of inadequate staffing, it is impossible to uphold a high standard of patient care.
