Amazing Co-workers! They are all super helpful and there to help you understand the process of the whole Accounting and Finance Organization. They were the only reason I would've stayed with the company.

Chaotic Management! - Passive Aggressive communication - I can only sum it up as the personification of Regina George from Mean Girls with one of the Finance Executives. -Unrealistic work load - If you want to burn out quick, this place is for you! If you want non-added value busy work, here's your home! - Accountability - The same Executive will blame you for the numbers changing, even though the Executive changed it and didn't communicate it to the staff. Here's the kicker....he didn't save the file anywhere for the staff to access. - Lied about Remote Status - Changed it to a Hybrid Model first day on the job. - Resistant to Change - Tried to optimize a process and was immediately denied because the same Finance Executive wanted 23 tabs with Data, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas all in one file, so that he can access the file quick...FYI....the guy hardcodes everything. - Unrealistic Work Conditions - The books closes late in the evening around 10 PM, Forecast must be done before 9 am meeting....this is every 28 days. - Segregation of Duties does not exist - Same Finance Executives will want you doing accounting work....even though he knows there's an accountant doing the same exact work but he just wants it in his format... - Yes Men - My direct manager just said to yes every request. Their motto is sleep is for the weak.
