management/senior employees are catty, noticeably bad-mouthing others, and in general are not kind.

It was a wonderful way to gain experience and worked with amazing animals and customer meet wonderful technicians and DVM as well as internets

Cons

They don’t have management that respects its technical staff or doctors. They work them to a bone and give them no lea way when health problems personal problems or anything like happens. They are so understaffed that they can’t keep vital employees that do their job right because management treats them with no respect as well as other technical staff sometimes as well.

quality standard of care for the pets

Cons

huge yearly price increases for the clients, but then refuses pay increases for staff cookie cutter hospitals and they do not take criticism or want to change in anyway refused hazard pay or bonuses during covid, and had no guidelines for us to follow for weeks so we were just winging it rolls out new policies without any warning and most of them make our jobs harder not easier
