As part of Mars Veterinary Health, Mars is investing $500 million to further enhance Associate health and wellbeing, including access to 12 company‑paid Lyra mental health sessions each year and resources available through MVH4You.com. VCA also offers the largest education program in the industry and continues to invest in leadership training and development to strengthen support across our hospitals.
