Discounted services in-building; grooming, daycare/boarding and veterinary. Working with an array of cats and dogs.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We’re glad you enjoyed the employee discount — and you’re absolutely right, while we’re part of a larger organization, each hospital really does have its own personality and culture, which we think is a great thing. We understand your concerns about pricing and pay increases. We’re always working to strike a balance between providing high-quality care and staying competitive, and we know how important it is for our team to feel valued and fairly compensated. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with the appropriate teams as we continue working on these areas. Thanks again for being part of the team!

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the chance to work with puppies and kittens — and gain valuable medical experience along the way. Those are definitely some of the more rewarding parts of the job! We know the role can come with tough moments too — from unpredictable situations to the less glamorous side of animal care. It’s part of the reality, but we’re always looking for ways to support our team better through those challenges. We take your concerns about management and communication seriously. Having trust and accountability at every level is something we’re committed to improving. Your advice has been noted and will be shared with the appropriate teams. Thanks again for your feedback and for the time you spent with us.
