Pros

Some of the coworkers were cool and employee benefits

Cons

This is the most toxic job I've ever had. They have a high turnover rate in this company for a reason. They have shady tactics that are not empathetic for helping clients in need out, miscommunication, incompetent leadership, awful HR, and is just plain horrible for your mental health. They are always short staffed to the point that you may be the only person working in your department. They pander to rude and entitled clients instead of firing the clients that are verbally and emotionally abusive.

pay and various schedule opportunities

Cons

the training is horrible. they expect you to learn on the job while training in a high volume setting. you wil be expected to memorize the names, backgrounds, schedule and specific id code for some 15-20 doctors while also learning department phone numbers, the proprietary software that they have all while ACTUALLY working the job

Pros

Great clients!! Love the pets and the people that visit our office.

Cons

They do not pay well. The hours are probably longer than they need to be since the last appointments end 2 hours before the office closes.
