Good hands-on experience Flexible scheduling Easy to transfer if need be.

Cons

Lack of diversity Lack of staff resulted in little to no training programs High turnover rate due to poor management Clearly there for monetary gain above all client support No defense of employees against irate/aggressive customers

Pros

Good Pay, Get to Work with animals, benefits, full time work.

Cons

No word from management whatsoever, just thrown into a backroom with a list 5 pages long to do daily, emotionally abusive, physically 9 hr labor

Pros

Only good things I can say were the vets- Dr. Krampotich and Dr. Jossie that I worked with and the benefits. Also some of the employees who generally liked helping each other out and didn’t engage in any gossip behavior.

Cons

Management only cares about money not employees. Very break it and then throw away the employee once they’re done turnout rate. Negative, highly overworked and very ableist environment. Nothing will be done by management nor corporate about very aggressive or rude clients who may curse, yell and threaten you just for doing your job (which will be everyday). Forced overtime. Highly understaffed and almost by choice of management. Lots of behind the scenes negative gossip and blame between employees and management.
