Pros

I loved my team and my time at VCUHealth. I was fortunate enough to have an incredible supervisor who taught me so much and made me feel appreciated.

Cons

Parking was the only con for me. Employee parking was expensive and far.

Pros

benefits, flexibility in the schedule, chance to advance and have a career, chance to learn and study.

Cons

Confusing policies, recently lack of a real standard training, new software still in progress of updating, lack of communication to all levels. Each unit function accordingly to the ability of the manager instead of relying on the hospital protocols. Too much left to the individual initiative and responsibility. A big Hospital like this needs reasonable and clear rules.
