Pros

While the job itself is challenging at times, it can be very rewarding working with children. Some coworkers can turn into lifelong friends. I suppose it is a good way into the VCU system

Cons

Extremely understaffed at all locations. They will run you around to do other people’s jobs who are too lazy to do their own. Work environment is toxic. Pay is very minimal, even with a bachelor’s degree. People are fired constantly and without notice- you get the feeling that no one is safe. You’ll either quit yourself soon thereafter or get fired. They push for respect and communication, but administration does not follow the same guidelines whatsoever.

Pros

Healthcare benefit and that's about it.

Cons

No career tracks, few to no opportunities for advancement, low salary, HR is hilariously slow at doing anything what so ever. Tuition assistance requires you stay one year with the company, but they have nowhere for you to be promoted.
