- Employees with higher qualifications are repressed and written up for genuine enthusiasm at their job.
- Super nice and professional manager and program coordinator, but excessive workplace politics (Co-workers are intimidated by the supervisor, who is judgemental and purposefully writes up certain employees more than others).
- Poor transparency and abrupt termination if a qualified employee does not fit in with supervisor.
- The termination from manager was in the middle of work shift, employee taken out of shift by supervisor and brought to the manager's office. Badge was taken away on the spot, with no opportunity to return to shift or close things up in the ED later. On the way to the manager's office right before the termination, the supervisor discussed future vacation schedules and provided the employee positive feedback from ED staff about job performance till date, creating a false illusion of what was going to happen (instead of being honest and upfront, which would have have allowed for future job planning and more appreciated).
- Certain workplace practices were incredibly shady and need more investigation and review.
