Pros

Good and affordable health care benefits

Cons

Employees have to pay high monthly prices to park FAR and have to take the bus from the parking lot and back after long shifts. Low pay, unprofessional environment, and not worth your happiness. The culture of this company should be realigned. Management gossips about personal things going on with employees. Leaving soon

Pros

I appreciate three team members' help in order for me, as a new employee, to understand the system and to create reports.

Cons

(1) The database analyst in the team has discrimination. In order to hold my esteem, I fought back with words. (2) Some team members don't want to be bothered by new employee to ask questions. They preferred to browse internet, to chat, to watch YouTube or to finish their things, rather than help new employee. The manager is a narrow-minded person and doesn't have management quality at all. (2) After 4 months, the manager laid me off, even if I actively ask more work to do and had finished 30+ reports & 3 non-report projects under the condition of no document on the complicated database-clinical, hospital, physician, drug, emergency, etc. by keeping asking questions actively. He told me I was not suitable to work in this team. And right after I left, he emailed the team and said I left for other opportunity. What a lier!
