      Pros

      - Experience within a variety of different units - Some of the nurses are very supportive

      Cons

      - No support from management - Being forced to sit in a room alone with unrestrained level 3 violence patients with a history of SA and assaulting staff - Little to no breaks - Being exposed to incurable infections (ie. C-auris) and not being allowed to sit outside the room to mitigate the risk of catching said incurable infections

      They make a lot of promises about great benefits and advancement,

      but make it impossible to use benefits outside of VCU providers and block movement once you're in a position.

      Excellent benefits, room for growth, stay in your initial position for a year then you can transfer to another department

      Terrible parking and they'll make you pay for it.
