      Unorganized conglomerate - such a big organization that the left hand sometimes has no idea what the right hand is doing. Employees must take initiative to get many IT issues resolved independently, eating into work time and productivity. Some areas use old manual methods rather than up-to-date technologies, which would increase productivity and customer service.
