      The atmosphere of the hospital is great as they are constantly working towards innovation.

      Cons

      Department was always understaffed requiring coverage. There was a lack of support from department leaders.

      Pros

      The best thing is the People and ability to learn new things and get advancements. They are always looking to improve benefits and get employee feedback

      Cons

      There really aren't any cons the only thing I can think of is that sometimes people are there for 20, 30 and 40+ years so if you were looking for a position where one of those people are it's hard to get advancements but there are always other opportunities in different areas for advancement

      Pros

      I felt supported by my staff most of the time. Great benefits.

      Cons

      All child care employees had to follow the hospital rules, even when they only should affect the hospital staff. Snow days and holidays were a pain in the butt because they required us to be there even though there were only 5 children.
