Pros

This is a small office with a staff of 6. The department has a Keurig coffee maker. They offer some flexibility with schedule, but not consistent unless you are the director.

Cons

Hugely dysfunctional senior office management that does not oversee important issues like signed letters of agreement and payment from internal and external activities. The Director comes and goes as he pleases, makes a ton of money and gets numerous complaints from department chairs and program chairs. Those with good work ethics are punished and those who do not are allowed to abuse the system.

Pros

Teaching hospital with an awesome Nurse residency program, which is perfect for new graduate nurses.

Cons

Located in the metropolitan area of Richmond so the rent around the hospital is on the high side. of course as always you should shop around.
