      True American feel of opportunity and freedom - people of all nationalities are employees People of all backgrounds are patients! Staff of pastoral care to take of all diverse religions Staff of interpreters for different languages

      Cons

      People can work long hours and be snappy with fellow co-workers its tolerated but when all is done the people should apologize at the end of the day Big training environment which entails extended hours on patient care procedures vs other hospitals

      good health care benefits to use at vcu itself. good hours for employees. also has legal insurance which can be helpful in case of MVA.

      Cons

      people around you may lack motivations. Not all holidays are observed like school teachers. the location can be dangerous. hot, humid summer.
