      Good team. Loved working with providers, residents, and other helping professionals throughout the hospital. Excellent benefits. Plenty of PTO offered. 4 10s work schedule.

      Management telling you you are appreciated but in the next breath they tell you how you need to be doing more and what you’ve done isn’t good enough Micromanagement Unnecessary Middle Management Poor Training Employees held to different standards (I.e., some employees get away with doing the bare minimum, but if another employee does this, they get reprimanded) A culture of bullying from management aimed at employees
