Pros

It’s a teaching hospital and you learn so so much. You can change jobs if you want within the same health care system. Great benefits! They encourage continuing education and getting a higher educational degree.

Cons

Low pay. Paid more for parking than I made in a hour. Worked there for almost ten years and they raised the pay once and so I was making the same amount as new hires. They will openly tell you to leave the company and then come back before they can pay you more. Having to walk a mile just to get into work. They have buses but they take forever. No shelter when waiting for the bus, so during rain or snow be prepared. It could be safer.

Pros

Medical Benefits, comparable pay, hybrid work environment.

Cons

Higher leadership implements roll outs quickly without ground floor knowledge. Loss of knowledgeable employees to burn out.
