Pros

Patients and team members did the best they could with limited resources and minimal or hostile management

Cons

Management clueless/uninvolved at best and hostile at worst. mainly concerned w bottom line/$$ NOT w patient care. High amount of turnover of professional level employees (social workers, nurses, chaplains) in the less than year I worked there. Management did NOTHING to calm the troops or attempt to reassure employees. Instead, they started to force weekend/call shifts on remaining employees (who were not previously required to do so)

Pros

Friendly staff, wonderful patients and families.

Cons

Be prepared to work on your personal time and not get paid for it! They use all paper charting. It is inefficient and redundant. Every minute of your day is self coded electronically. Every piece of documentation has to be photographed and submitted daily, extremely time consuming and again inefficient. Must see and document 5 patients a day within 30 mile radius, on top of paperwork and putting out daily fires.

Pros

Team is growing and progression , lots of room to learn working with the right team. Slow and relaxed environment. Decent Benefits.

Cons

Sr. Director is extremely difficult to work alongside with, very rude, and an aggressive micro-manager. Creates a toxic work environment. Days are best when she is out of the office. Pay is terrible.
