Cons

They are paying new nurses more then nurses that have been valuable assets for years. It's very sad that Vitas cares more about hiring quality new nurses than about keeping the quality nurses they already have!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible working experience nothing positive to say

impossible workload they assign you 35 patients a week, so to drive to these patients, in traffic, make a visit, check orders, see the patient, and chart is more than 8 hours. absurd workload.
