      Field staff is very supportive of each other typically.

      Cons

      Management is very inept and lack the skills needed to supervise staff. The work environment is very hostile and is encouraged to be that way by management. Case loads are extremely high. There is a very high turn over rate. Patient care is atrocious due to the high turn over of field staff. Managers have no integrity and do not follow through with what they say.
