      You get 40 hours a week

      Cons

      The management was like I had never seen before. The call center was the worst environment. The would hire and promote people they knew from outside the company and pay them more than people who had been there for years.

      Flexibility with hours and work schedule when needed and if possible

      Cons

      Many nurses were paid less than the secretary/customer service staff. Nurses have medical backgrounds which is the bulk of the call center workload. Therefore, their pay and experience should reflect that. There should be a compensation guideline. The pay raise was basically a few cents and you were not guaranteed a raise. Those that take on more work load should be given a title to reflect that and an increase in compensation should follow suit.

      love Hospice care, the patients are the main reason to work there.

      Cons

      Company is not very friendly to their employees. Very cold atmosphere. Not very caring about their employees.
