      The most toxic work environment I have ever experienced.

      Pros

      Aside from the patients, absolutely none.

      Cons

      Upper management are completely uninvested in employee wellbeing. No thought goes into their growth and by functioning like this they are essentially shooting themselves in he foot by creating an environment full of low morale, resulting miserable staff.

      Leaders are always lying, management covers up local issues to hide from corporate who don’t have a clue what’s going on

      short drive to work, convenience

      Cons

      Too many to list but I'll try. 1. Poor pay 2. Poorer benefits 3. Even poorer management 4. Non aggressive management of patient symptoms 5. Extended patient stays in the IPU 6. Overworked nursing staff 7. Non existent on call management. 8. Inappropriate admissions to the IPU 9. No staff meetings. 10. Non transparent management 11. No CNA's in the IPU...patient care has suffered immensely..see #6 12. Poor staffing...see #6 & #11
