I worked with a great team, great boss, great co-workers, great doctor, socal worker and chaplain in my team------Did not hear that from other teams

Aniquated paperwork---redundant paperwork, politics of a Billion dollar corporation, gross reduction in quality of products, Gross drop in staff

Cons

Constantly cutting staff and increasing workloads. Nobody seems to have time to do their job properly. Haphazard implementation of IT and other procedures . Suggesting changes yields risk, suspicion, and no benefit. Really, what do we expect from a large, publicly traded healthcare business that depends upon Medicare reimbursement? Cut costs and increase case loads. Have been cutting salaries for my position for years. Condescending attitude; communications from upper management clearly are written by PR flacks. Keep your head down, know what management is paying attention to this month, and you'll find some opportunities to help patients.

Very littles pros.... PTO and the colleagues

Cons

There has been a huge turnover since the beginning of fall in each department, especially in TA and Marketing. Upper management does NOT CARE about their employees. They do not give raises, no bonuses and pay way below market and then get surprised why no one wants to work here. WFH is not an option even though most employees WFH and did a great job. Also the healthcare benefits suck (high deductible plan) Avoid working here
