Poor business model with unrealistic expectations and lack of understanding from corporate management. Different programs need different things to succeed and getting anything changed is impossible because everything is managed from a national level.

WAY too much administrative work. The daily and weekly workload is already monstrous, and on top of it they want you to document every single occurrence you have in detail. There are MANY corporate reports that your "success" as a representative is measured based on and in many ways it is just not helpful and another way to monitor and control Depending on the manager, they may try to randomly pop in for ride-alongs, host last-minute meetings or assignments, or other tasks to micro-manage and to try to make sure you're always on your tip-toes. With it being such a large company, you don't typically have much say in anything, and sometimes the regional managers/marketing directors don't even have much say when it comes to change in the company and ideas.
