      less employees, Pay is less than average, Management doesn't care about their employees and you going to work 2-3 person load.

      Pros

      Co-workers are awesome and are always willing to help. Many good people who still care about the work they do.

      Cons

      Management ugh! They are lazy and always looking for excuses to delegate their responsibilities. They won't listen to problems that make your job difficult let alone do anything about it. Human Resources is NOT there for employees, HR is instead the muscle looking for ways to remove people who do not comply with ridiculous requests. Basically NO SUPPORT from management.

      All about the bottom line. Poor healthcare insurance plan, which is expensive. Leadership is disconnected from the staff.
