Hospice is good work. You get to help people at one of their most needed times in life.

Cons

This company treats you like a disposable piece of trash. Make no mistake they are all about the numbers despite ANYTHING else. They have a specific director that is a liar, and a bully and will push you out if you are not doing "the job" to their micromanaging standard. You are forced into doing alcohol driven parties under the guise of networking. You are pressured to get the numbers at all cost, sometimes even unethically. They may pay you well but you have to sell your soul and any personal life to the devil... Unless you enjoy going out and getting trashed with your director. There is no work/life balance. You are expected to be on 24/7. You are just a number. The culture is cutthroat and unsuportive. I would wouldn't work there if it were the last job on earth.
