Co workers outside of management were amazing!

Management is extremely disorganized, Micro-managed/Poor management on staff, poor communication from management, harasses staff, paperwork overload!! Expectations extreme, minimally paid when on call....Not paid hourly

flexibility with schedule but not all the time

Cons

They dont pay you enough to compensate all the driving and they dont care if you have to drive a lot, they just give you assignment without changing first if they may have visits close to your home.
