Everyone is passionate about producing great work.

Cons

Faced discriminatory, passive behavior from a partner in the SF office. Was given no specific feedback and instead, was told I was “miscast” for the role they had hired me for. Rather than having one on ones with me to convey how exactly I was “not performing” he had one on ones with stakeholders and leaders to notify them that I was underperforming. Zero communication or feedback was provided, and I was asked to leave.
