Where are they going? No one will say How are they doing? No one will tell you Why didn't they tell anyone they're owned by a private equity group? They love you if you can do something for the partners but if you need something from them, forget it.

Very smart crew...titles mean nothing. You collaborate on every project but yet there is a strong sense of autonomy to each project. Learned so much from each person I worked with...VSA does a great job to stamp out the politics and red tape. If you can endure the hours...you will definitely grow in talent...and eventually land a great job. Leaders all lead by example...and work hard all around. Great pay and best benefits I have ever experienced.

Cons

The hours are very tough...very tough. Great for people without families.
