The only company in the area that has made their employees return back to work THREE days a week during a pandemic. Absolutely no regard for people's health, families, and work-life balance. Many people have brought this up to "leadership" and everyone gets push back.
They have town halls, but no one sees the benefit in having them when leadership brushes off people's concerns. Example: a C-suite level executive was speaking down about employee's concerns when vaccination mandates was the topic.
Took away several federal holidays from us and gave us floating holidays to use instead. Makes no sense.
Retention rate is low, especially in HR.
Bonus structure is an absolute slap in the face.
