The CEO is incompetent, ineffective and lacks empathy. He sees himself as a modern CEO, driven, ambitious, with superior intellect and leadership abilities. He is none of these. He is surrounded by relatively new executive managers who have done nothing to improve the company but instead, have sucked up the legacy and reputation that was there before they arrived, and turned it into bonuses for them.
