Pay is not equal to others at the same level. New hires are paid more than employees that have been there 10 yrs. Some managers make less than people they manage.

A little to much time wasted on optics vs actual process

Many divisions that have their own initiative that may conflict with other divisions. Communication not clear and movement for change very slow.

The raises are once a year and they aren't very much. If you have a manager who doesn't show employee appreciation, it makes it harder to push yourself to do more for the team.

No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
