      Pros

      fully stocked kitchen, very casual dress code, incredibly young managers. Not much else to praise here unfortunately-- do not be fooled

      Cons

      Very high turnover, below market pay, sales focused atmosphere with incredibly little mind paid to any other team's contributions. BIG divide between teams

      Pros

      VTS is in a great place to grow one's career where you'll have a combination of challenging problems to solve and the freedom to explore solutions, on a daily basis. Everyone on the team is very motivated to excel at their position whether it be in sales, engineering, or management etc...it's an attitude that is highly contagious and makes it easy to come into work every day and give it your all.

      Cons

      A byproduct of quick growth is that we're filling up our new office quickly. We need more lounge areas + call rooms + general space so that people can get away from the noise to focus
