      Pros

      Start Up Environment, open space and a lot of company functions and perks.

      Cons

      Contractors seemed to be overlooked when it comes to potential full time opportunities. No official training. No 401k.

      Pros

      Very talented team of engineers with great values. Weekly brown bag lunches where the whole team sits down together and listens to a team member talk about some technology/concept/lesson learned. Every day I get to leave work knowing I've learned something new. Lots of career growth opportunities. Weekly meetings with senior engineers to go over our short-term/long-term career goals and discuss the best ways to get there.

      Lots to build so definitely need to be able to stay focused
