      Pros

      Most people view you as a person first. Less cut throat than most staffing environments, with the same success. Most people stay here for a very long time unless there are true performance issues.

      Cons

      Career pathing is rough for entry level positions, hard to get your footing and work up.

      Pros

      Hybrid schedule, decent benefits, good training, fair pay and people who work at the company are good people.

      Cons

      It's getting a little metric heavy, but as long as you are hitting your numbers it seems that you are okay.
