- There isn't a standardization of processes across the company, where each office can function completely different from the next. It hasn't caused problems, that I have seen, but would be nice if something more consistent existed.
- In the Dallas office, there isn't a true process for training new hires. For someone that has previous successful experience in recruiting, this is a nonissue, but I have seen it be a bit of a struggle for some of the more junior new hires. Fortunately, the teams / teammates come together to help train the new folks that may need it. It would be nice if there was something more structured in the way of training for the more junior new hires.
- Sometimes there is some inconsistency in how similar issues are resolved, which can be frustrating at times.
