      -Work/life balance -Flexibility -No micromanaging

      Cons

      -If you've come from a larger agency, Vaco is smaller so they are still very much like a boutique agency. Some people may find this as a positive because it also means more opportunity. -Bullhorn!

      Pros

      Decentralized leadership structure which allows opportunity and flexibility for true entrepreneurs. Unlimited options for sellers, the Vaco family of brands is expansive. Great team and company culture in Denver office, high earning potential and flexible work environment (hybrid/remote, make your own schedule, etc) Access to broad suite of sales applications, great internal Ops, Marketing, Legal, and IT support.

      Office space & in office culture need some help.
