There is a disconnect between senior leadership and customer facing departments.
Pros
The immediate coworkers I had were wonderful. Always willing to jump in and help or offer advise. There was a can do attitude and the CS team in particular felt like a little family. My manager made a safe pace for me to come with concerns and was a champion for issues that they felt like they could have an influence on. They also did their best to further my career even in the midst of layoffs and monetarily tight months in 2020.
Cons
The executive leadership team appears to have a different goal then the rest of Validity. The goal appears to be to grow at a hyper fast rate, while it feels like the rest of the employees trying to build a business that endures. Some products have had fundamental issues and the focus is make superficial changes that may look nice but don’t address the issues that people in the CS org and clients need fixed.
