Pros

Really nice office space in Boston, which was an unnecessary WASTE of money.

Cons

GREED at it's finest, and no respect for employees' opinions/concerns if it does not fit within their ridiculous business model. If you are a professional who cares about the quality of the product you build and customer satisfaction then run away as fast as you can. Validity came in an gutted EVERYTHING that made CRMfusion and it's products the leader's in the industry all to pump up stock price. Really sad. Just read the Salesforce AppExchange reviews they speak for themselves.

We appreciate that you shared your thoughts with us. Validity has a high degree of respect for its team members and every employee matters. We are disappointed that you didn't feel this way during your tenure with the business. Validity acquired CRMfusion nearly 2 years ago, and in that time has grown and evolved into an industry leader in Sales and Marketing SaaS products and services. In the past two years, Validity has not lost sight of being respectful to its people and committed to its customers. We respectfully disagree with your statement that Validity does not respect its team members' opinions and concerns, even if we may disagree about an approach or outcome.

Pros

Great views from the office and a nice break room.

Cons

Lack of integrity, transparency, or empathy. Its a smile and dial atmosphere in sales and constant pipeline checks. Company preaches about culture but they really just care about getting the EBITDA pumped up as high as they can so they can sell.

Thank you for your candid feedback about your time at Validity. While we disagree that the business lacks empathy and integrity, we agree that the way we are transparent with our team members has shifted as we've grown. That being said, we have always encouraged open dialogue about what's happening within the business and will continue to do so as the company evolves. You also commented about our Sales environment, and you're right about Validity being highly performance and culture-focused. We support our team members success and actively work to help them achieve their goals--this is a great thing, in our opinion.
