      Pros

      Occasional free food, lots of perks that appear tempting

      Cons

      Experience was a nightmare. HR completely not useful and really don't care about the rampant issues. Diversity and inclusion are buzzwords and only go as far as surface level, not actually implemented within the DNA of the company at all. Employees do not matter. Only revenue and the bottom line matter. Left me feeling extremely stressed and degraded on a near daily basis.

      None. Stay away from this company.

      Cons

      Management is inexperienced or just downright bad at there jobs. Politics plays into what territory you have not based on skill set. If you’re not in the Tampa office or have a prior relationship with VP you will be put at a major disadvantage and will constantly get threatened for not hitting your number. Unattainable quota’s for SDR and AE team as one rep hit there number in 2020. Stay far away from this company.

      There are few smart people here in which you can learn from. The Boston office is a great location.

      Cons

      Disappointing experiences. Hypocrites seniour managers , management by intimidation and lack of trust. I wish I had never joined this company.
