      sadly that I cannot think of one positive to put here. Free snacks .......

      Poor leadership, toxic culture, incompetent HR, employees are treated with pure disregard, high stress low reward, no viable path or direction to success, candidly this place is a job while you’re looking for a job. Many colleagues have one foot out the door seeking alternate opportunities. Sales leadership at this organization couldn’t care less about anything but high stock rewards. It’s clear leadership is only in this for the payout and no investment of development. Territories change constantly and sales opportunity‘s are randomly taken away from you in active process and reassigned to other reps. Endless busy work to justify missing company quota every month is standard. Senior leaders have openly said in meetings you’re all replaceable hundreds of people want your jobs....... no, they don’t. The people with these jobs don’t want them, and the company reviews showcase how poor the quality of life and culture is. Prospective candidates- seek elsewhere unless you’re desperate and even then do the same

While the Validity team is focused on performing well, we also truly care about each and every employee in the business, as stated by our CEO and every leader across the globe. To that end, we care enough about our people to do the right thing, even when it's hard, and assist them in navigating through periods of change. This includes changes to processes and policies that no longer serve our team well, taking steps to grow beyond a start-up mentality into that of a high-performing global business, and even saying goodbye to employees at any level who don't live the values, perform adequately in their roles or demonstrate professional, respectful behavior to their colleagues. Changes are made help employees be successful and see the business continue to perform as needed, including several changes coming soon that address your statements about career paths and employee development--all based on the feedback of our team members across the globe.

      Pros

      Weekly lunches, monthly happy hours, good coworkers, and that's about it.

      Cons

      Validity acquires existing companies and raises price to customer base to the tune of 10x previous cost, but doesn't seem do proper market research. While I was there it was constant territory changes for the reps and little to no processes in place. Read the Salesforce Appexchange to see for yourself. A large number of top performers left willingly.

      We appreciate the time you spend to leave a review about your experience. We care deeply about what our team members' experiences are with the business. That being said, your review shares a number of inconsistencies. Validity does have processes in place in all departments, but as a fast-growing company, we don't have processes for everything--that would hamper our ability to be responsive and growth-oriented. We also disagree with your comment about turnover--we are proud to have a voluntary turnover rate that is below industry average. We understand the the work and changes may not be easy on everyone, but we still strive to make it a fun place to work, as you mentioned in your comments about enjoying team engagement activities and hiring great people.

      Not a safe space for women, extremely political, and only getting worse.

      Good salary, decent kitchen, nice office.

      Cons

      Powerless HR, gaslighting from middle management, heavy politics, aloof and uncaring upper management, reports and complaints are ignored.
