6yWe've had a chance to review your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share it. While the Validity team is focused on performing well, we also truly care about each and every employee in the business, as stated by our CEO and every leader across the globe. To that end, we care enough about our people to do the right thing, even when it's hard, and assist them in navigating through periods of change. This includes changes to processes and policies that no longer serve our team well, taking steps to grow beyond a start-up mentality into that of a high-performing global business, and even saying goodbye to employees at any level who don't live the values, perform adequately in their roles or demonstrate professional, respectful behavior to their colleagues. Changes are made help employees be successful and see the business continue to perform as needed, including several changes coming soon that address your statements about career paths and employee development--all based on the feedback of our team members across the globe.
