      None at all, they bring you in just to fire you.

      Cons

      I was hired for two days only to get a call from my staffing agency, telling me a email for no reason they fired me. I hadn't done anything wrong, wasn't late or anything. There should be a law that requires a explanation on crap like this. I'm pissed off and hope they burn. Only two days, I worked without question and did it to a t. I drove 45 freaking minutes without a heating coil in 30 degree weather. Thank you for wasting my time and screwing me.

      Room for advancement if you want it. Pay is good. Great working environment

      In the process of merging companies. That is causing some growing pains. Most of the jobs that get posted are usually already filled.
